Today I am one day short of my three month surgervisary :)
Although I had no loss at 12 weeks I did manage a decent number this week. Yay me LOL
Loss to date = 23.5kg (51.8 lbs)
Starting weight 119kg [262lbs] now 95.5kg [210.5 lbs]
Starting BMI 48 - now 38.7
Did some good workouts at the gym last week with my hubby and am looking forward to another good week of doing weights and some cardio to get the heart pumping.......
